By using our services, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business.

3. Scope of Services

Start Unlimited provides:

  • Custom AI workflow design

  • Deployment of automation systems

  • Ongoing optimization (where applicable)

Important:
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, or cost savings. Results depend on the client’s operations, usage, and execution.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Ensure you have the right to grant access to systems and data

  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • Review and approve automation workflows before deployment

You are responsible for how automation outputs are used within your business.

5. Data Access & Confidentiality

  • Any access to client systems or data is limited to what is necessary to deliver agreed services

  • Client data is treated as confidential

  • We do not claim ownership of client data

For fintech or sensitive operations, automation will be limited to non-critical workflows unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payments & Fees

  • Fees, payment schedules, and scope will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal

  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

Prices are subject to change for future services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, workflows, and systems developed by Start Unlimited remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed

  • Clients are granted a license to use delivered systems for internal business purposes

  • You may not resell, copy, or redistribute our systems without written permission

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Start Unlimited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, misconfiguration, or third-party platform failures

  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Automation reduces risk — it does not eliminate it.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with third-party tools such as:

  • WhatsApp

  • CRM systems

  • Chat platforms

  • Email services

We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy updates of third-party platforms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

  • According to the terms outlined in the service agreement

  • For breach of these Terms

Upon termination:

  • Access to systems may be revoked

  • Outstanding payments remain due

11. No Employment Relationship

Use of our services does not create:

  • An employment relationship

  • A partnership or joint venture

We act as an independent service provider.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised date.

Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
